I will expand this review later and add some photos – but here’s the basics for nowGreat little carryout only bbq trailer in Roselawn, set in the parking lot of what used to be a bank, directly across the street from Amma’s. No menus, no seating, cash only. The ribs are a little chewy but dynamite taste-wise. Sides I have tried so far are just ok – save your coin and order more meat instead.If you dont like pork, they seem to do a lot of business selling smoked turkey At best, their hours are 12-6 Wed-Sat, but being an outdoor business they don’t open if it is cold and/or rainy and sometimes they just aren’t open for no apparent reason. Basically, if you decide to head there for food, make sure you have a backup plan in mind.This business once operated as a brick and mortar in Forest Park on Southland, and before that (many many years back), was called Big Bob’s BBQ
