  I could drink the ranch dressing…. I grew up within walking distance of this restaurant, and still, whenever I go to my parents’ home, my first thought is of this pizza. The pizza itself is delicious and so much better than its competitors.The crust is toasty on the bottom and thick and doughy. It is flavored with Italian herbs all throughout. My usual is a mushroom pizza. Large pizzas are super cheap on Mondays and Tuesdays.But the star of the show here is (surprisingly, for a Pizza place) the ranch dressing. Where do I start? They make it themselves (and an insider once told me about how much mayonnaise goes in it; I choose to ignore that fact). It is their own special recipe and is much thinner than the bottled junk. It is light and creamy–ranch at its finest.The dressing is obviously great on a salad (but frankly, you could pour it on grass and it would be delicious). They are generous with salads too; they’re loaded with goodies. But the real kicker is using the ranch on pizza. It’s so good that we always order at least four sides of it with our pizza (and we aren’t the only ones). Dipping that delicious pizza in that delicious ranch is one of my favorite culinary experiences. I wish there was one here in Cincinnati. They’ve got something special and would do well with a couple locations down here. I will admit that I haven’t had much else on the menu, but when you find the thing that keeps you coming back, why bother?
