ONE OF MY FAVORITE WING PLACES. I agree with the last review. The bad review about the food changing is probably a representative from Wings and Rings, which is what the name of this place used to be. It is now called Wings on Brookwood, because the previous ‘Wings and Rings’ company changed everything. I’m assuming the owners of this location did not want to change, so they went on their own and eliminated their affiliation with ‘Wings and Rings’.I am so glad they didn’t follow the ‘Wings and Rings’ changes, because the changes they made were terrible. I ate at the ‘Wings and Rings’ by Jungle Jims in Fairfield, and it was absolutely teriible. They changed everything and for the worse. Service horrid, food nasty and cold, even the frickin celery was wilted, what a joke.Wings on Brookwood kept all their recipes the same, and I am so glad they did. Why change something that is already good. All their food I have ever had here is great. My favorite is the Garlic/BBQ hot mix boneless, but 2nd is the Parm/Garlic boneless, sometimes I mix the two. And the BS about the Blue Cheese being watered down is exactly BS. It is the best blue cheese in ANY wing place I have been to.Thanks for not changing ‘Wings on Brookwood’, I will keep coming back for more…….
I wouldn’t recommend going on a Friday night, it’s always packed with a waiting list. Other than that it’s awesome, buff chips and wings any kind are my choice of food there.
I’m not sure what the previous reviewer was talking about. The ONLY thing that has changed is the name. Same great owners, same great sauces and especially same great bl. Cheese. We love the food and the people. Great place to hang out, eat & have drinks .
As of 12/13/12 Nasty food. Our family has been ordering take out for years from this restaurant. We noticed a name change lately from Buffalo Wings and Rings to WIngs on Brookwood. However, the recipe didn’t change until now. I love local shops, but I must say that these wings and the teriyaki and mild sauces are absolutely nasty. It tastes like watered down butter on the mild wings and the teriyaki tastes even worse. The celery and blue cheese dressing used to come with the wings, now you have to pay extra. The blue cheese is 2.99 and it tastes watered down, with a very thin consistency. Overall, all the prices went up, on the wings and the entire menu, and the food tastes like crap. We wasted 40.00 for 2 people to eat, the last time we here. The dog loved it, its chicken and I was almost afraid to give it to my dog. We will never return to this place. Now there is not a good wings place in Hamilton anymore.
Must try!. My family and I love this place. The wings are by far the best we have ever tried.
By Far the Best!. I have been eating wings since the early 80’s (started out in Hamburg, NY where wing originated. Wings on Brookwood have BY FAR the best, closest to what Buffalo Wings are supposed to be. Their bleu cheese dressing is out of sight.
WINGS. MMM….Be careful the blue cheese dressing is addicting. By far my favorite thing there is the garlic bbq wing sauce.
