Great donuts and a wonderful place for good old fashion diner food.
Not great food.. Breakfast was just ok. Our family traveled from PA to visit Cedar Point Amusement Park. I read the reviews on here, and thought it would be a great place for our first day breakfast. Yes, it is a cool old fashioned diner, but the food was mediocre. Maybe the donuts are great, but after the breakfast we had, we opted out of getting donuts to go.
To be honest, the service is terrible. In fact, my husband and I felt actively ignored. That being said the prices for the food are extremely reasonable and the donuts are super yummy. If you want a quintessential diner experience in sandusky and don’t mind mediocre service this is the place to go
Great breakfast. Not much to say other than it’s a great breakfast place. It’s where the locals go, and there is a good reason for that, good food and cheap.
When I worked third shift in the area, there was nothing like getting a coconut doughnut and a cup of coffee to greet the morning. It’s a great place to go with the kids before heading to the Point, and is a favorite with employees at the Point.
Great breakfast! Fresh donuts ( best in the area). What more is there to say?
