It was take out only today. Looked like an indoor picnic area was being repaired. Perch & fries were good. Nice park for picnic nearby. Fish & fries still too hot to eat when I got to the park. Prep was quite fast at lunch time.
Worst service ever. Walked in and the employees started to complain the we walked in and they had to go back to work instead of getting a smoke break. Very rude.
Disappointing. Just got 2 Perch and Walleye Dinners. Annnd Ew. The fish was hard. Not very fresh. The fries were gross. The best thing about this place was the canned soda I overpaid for! Even the service was bad. Never again. Poor quality.
The walleye was outstanding. The walleye & perch had perfect breaking. Good place to come if you want fish by the water. 🙂
Perch Heaven. I get to Sandusky once a year to visit friends. This place has some of the best perch anywhere. It is incredibly fresh, literally right off the boat. I normally go for walleye whenever I spot it on a menu, but the perch is so good it’s all I order. Nothing beats sitting out in Sandusky Bay on a nice summer day, eating one of their sandwiches!
The perfect fish sandwich. When I crave a fish sandwich, this is the only one that comes to mind. I’ve lived on the Great Lakes my entire life and haven’t come across a better fish sandwich anywhere. Perfectly breaded, fresh fish, good tartar sauce and a price that can’t be beat, perch and walleye are equally as fantastic.Though we live in Cleveland, I will be coming back every time I pass Sandusky.
Best Fresh Fish Sandwich.. Don’t give a second thought to the shack like building, without question, the best tasting and best priced fresh perch or walleye fish sandwich in the Sandusky area! Love it with tomato and tarter sauce. First place I stop when I go to the lake!! Tell them Ted from Worthington sent you!
