The owner of this business called the police because he felt I used counterfeit currency to pay him. The police made me go back to his restaurant and replace the bills which were not counterfeit with new bills for no reason whatsoever. They do not accept credit cards or debit cards and I feel the owner does this to evade taxes. The food sucks and the prices are high. I started going to Panda Express at Cedar Center and they have high quality food at decent prices and the people who work there a good people, unlike the owner of this hole in the wall. I will never go there again.
Review. Excellent food and service ..EVERYTIME I’ve been !!!
Mr.. I have been eating here for the past 20 plus years and I love this place… I live in Lakewood now, but I remember when I lived in Shaker and it was right there on the corner, I would walk down and get my usual… I don’t mind traveling back to the east for my fav Chinese Restaurant.
My egg rolls were burnt. My Wor Sue Gai was horrible tasting band the shrimp was raw in my rice. I will not be spending another dollar there.
It is always really good! Best place in the area
Excellent chinese food. I have been going to east china for 21 years. Sadly we moved 25 miles away and guess what. When we want excellent Chinese food we still only go there. The kung pao chicken is excellent. Spicy and full of fresh vegetables not frozen. Won ton soup is light and flavorful with and the wontons are to die for. All their fried rices are generous portions with no peas carrots as fillers. The rice is tender and very tasty and the shrimp aren’t teeny-tiny like other places. If you want the best go to the best in the city of cleveland. It is truly a trip worth taking. It is one of Clevelands best kept secrets. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. The people who work there have been there for years. They know what they are doing. There prices are very reasonable cheaper than fast food chains and much healthier. Matter of fact gonna place an order tonight. MMMMMMMMM! Order for Owen:-)!
Food was burnt. Ordered Vegetable Egg Foo Yung, Shrimp Egg Foo Yung and Shrimp Egg Fried Rice. The Egg Foo Yung was burnt. Which was very disappointing because I did not find out until I got home which is 8 miles away from the restaurant. What really ticked me off was when I call them to inform them about the burnt food and they refused to listen to me. The person on the phone kept over talking me and refused to listen to what I had to say. Just totally disrespect me as a customer. He did not even try to hear me nor my complaint. All I was able to communicate was that my food was burnt and they told me no it wasn’t. I will never patronize them again.
