Just okay. The mussels were so small they were not worth eating. The peach cobbler crumb crust was mushy and not very much taste. Our main courses were okay. I had their signature chicken thighs. They were okay but not as good as I remembered. The overall atmosphere was pleasant. We would go back but not quickly.
Food was great service terrible. Our food was incredible the service was the worst I have ever experienced it took our waiteo more than 20 min to bring out 1st found of drinks appetizers took over 30 min and dinner at least an hour from the time we ordered every time we ordered a drink it took at least 20 min I don’t know if it was the waiter or the kitchen probably a combination of both not sure I will return the whole experience took 3 hours
This place is fantastic. I had a bit of concern about walking in, as its not in the best of neighborhoods, but after one visit, this has become one of my favorite Cleveland restaurants. The food is unique and delicious and the converted-house-to-restaurant atmosphere is fun. The wait staff friendly and the prices were quite reasonable.

Everything was great!!!. I had the pleasure of eating at Felice’s Urban Cafe for the first time tonight and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Our server was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. But that was just the beginning – from soup (the acorn squash and the white bean were both outstanding) to dessert, the food was beyond delicious!!! The ambience was warm and cozy, and the two upper floors were more intimate and quirky. This was a great find and the prices are reasonable. I’d recommend folks give it a try!!!
Racism is alive at Felice’s. A group of friends of mine recently paid a visit to Felice on a Friday night. They were not given a table, and were told pretty plainly that they would not be seated. Why not? The restaurant was open for two more hours. Could it be because my friends are African American? Pretty shady stuff. No one I know will be visiting Felice and we are spreading the word.
Copy the above!!. Like many of you have commented, Felice was one of our favorite restaurants to dine at in the winter months. Therefore, we were shocked during our most recent visit. Attitude, Attitude, Attitude!! (of the most disrespectful kind). Firstly, you had to enter the rear of the restaurant and proceed past the kitchen. Not a good idea. Not a great looking kitchen. Secondly, we were waited on by 3 smug servers who gave us the impression that they were more interested in their own private party then serving the clientele. The music was loud, obnoxious and we were not allowed to ask to turn it down. The food was less than palatable … it was old, unappetizing and barely edible. But most annoying was the horrible service and disregard of our presence. After about 1/2 hour of this, we decided to pay the bill and leave. I thought Felice was a great place and always enjoyed eating here. WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN NOR WILL WE RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO OUR FRIENDS. WE ARE DONE WITH FELICE!!
