A great new food truck taqueria just outside of a little Mexican market in Hamilton. They serve an assortment of tortas, tostadas, tacos and quesadillas. The also have an assortment of meat, including chicken, pastor, carnitas, asada, tripa and lengua. The tacos we tried were fresh made with very flavorful meat. They came with cilantro, raw onions, sauteed onions and some very good green salsa. I plan to stop here whenever I’m driving through the area, best food I’ve had in Hamilton.
