Visited Dec 2017. Benihana made my brother come in person, fill in paperwork, and pay $100 to make a reservation. However, the restaurant did not deliver on the room they promised and they did not serve us DRINKS until 1 hour and 20 minutes beyond the reservation time. Very disappointing. Staff seemed very disorganized although our interactions with management make us believe that the problem starts at the top. You can find a better restaurant than this. They did not offer to give us a discount.
