Wow – Love Bj’s in Florence Ky but the office decided to order BJ’s for lunch because of curbside service. It clearly stated order would be ready in 45 minutes – No problem – We are 5 min. away – We left and got there just a moment before the due time and then WAITED 45 MINUTES IN CURBSIDE- I finally went inside and there was a line of 9-10 people including 2 diner dash drivers waiting with no one at the desk. When a man finally came over and asked to help he had nothing accomodating or customer service oriented to say! Finally left without lunch. Wages lost for an hour waiting was ridiculous!

Waited over an hour after they said our lunch (which consisted of 2 salads) would be available for pick up. I asked that they comp the lunch (which never arrived) since I had to wait through my entire lunch hour for my order – they declined so I left. Let me know when you get new management at this location…until that time I won’t be back.
Although this place does a lot more than pizza — like ribs, burgers, steaks, and etc — I had heard form a friend that they specialize in deep dish pizza, and make one of the best ones in town. I had to check it out for myselfThe inside of the place is huge, cavernous even, and well decoratedI did like that they had several different sizes, and I also liked that the person who took my order asked me if I wanted chopped tomatoes added to my pizza. I hadnt asked for this as a topping, so I was a bit puzzled until he told me that this is a standard topping put on all pizzas unless otherwise requested. Eager to try it either way, I asked (and he agreed) to make it half with and half without. Another plus.The pizza however was a disappointment. It was more a thick dough pizza rather than a deep dish, and none of the components (dough, sauce, cheese, or toppings) was anything better than I’d get of a frozen pizza. Always an excellent experience! Service is always good, every item I’ve tried on the menu has been delicious, and the selections of beer or root beer are great. You will not be disappointed at BJ’s. The atmosphere is a little loud but the food and drinks are worth it. You must try the Pazookie!!!!
Service could be better. I’ve been to this location several times. The food has always been pretty good but the service is nearly always mediocre. The staff is indifferent and act as though they don’t want to be there. The place is usually too noisy for conversation.
Short changed. Was a guest today Bill came to $61 gave $80 receive two fives and a couple singles as change ordered dessert to go was too salty could not eat it.
WHAT did you say????I’ve been to BJ’s several times. Their bar and grill fare is not too bad, and the their bar-style pizzas are decent. The main complaint about this place is noise. I don’t mind the crowd noise in a busy bar, but the acoustics in this place are horrendous, like being inside an echo chamber. It is truly impossible to hold a conversation anywhere in their huge dining room when it gets busy. Oh and as others have mentioned, the service is sloooow. I’d only go here to drink at the bar in the future, order dinner somewhere else.
