The Bar from Heaven!!!. Just had the opportunity to sit in the bar upstairs and enjoy a very delicious Hot Pastrami on Rye……..4 1/2 stars out of 5!! And while watching the games on the multiple televisions, in comes a real beauty…..she had legs that even Tina Turner would admire and a nice personality!!! We didn’t have time to stay long, but you can bet I will be back again and again!!!!
Over priced and over rated. I have made the mistake of trying their food 3 times over the course of the last 2 years. Each time the sandwiches have been sparse of meat and even sparser on flavor. The staff is truly rude and seem to be trying to be stereotypical New Yorkers. Weird at best considering they are eons away from a true New York deli in both food quality and quantity. If you want a truly great sandwich and are in the Cleveland area in the future try Slyman’s. HUGE thick flavorful sandwiches. On a scale of 1 to 10 with Slyman’s a 10 Mike and Rosie’s doesn’t even register a one. Springfield needs a great deli and this place isn’t it.
Never let me down since 1977. I’ve been going to Mike and Rosy’s since it opened in 1977 and my mom would take me during lunch when I was in elementary school. I’ve never been disappointed. The steamed sandwiches melt in your mouth. During the time I’ve lived out of town I never miss a chance to put a deli in my belly when I come remotely close to Springfield.
LAME!!!!!!!!!!!. I went to mike and rosys deli for lunch the other day and the greeter was a complete ass. He pretty much tried to force dirty chips down my throat when i asked about mumfords. Also the food (if thats what it needs to be called) was a horrible mess. WORST FAST FOOD EVER!!!!!!!! I wont be returning.
Dont waist your time. This place is way over priced and the wait staff acts like they are doing you a favor waiting on you . There bread is nothing special and honestly though I would get a sandwich instead of two hunks of tasteless cardboard and skimpy meat . This place needs an over haul and to me cleanliness was missed as well . Better off going to penn station now those people know how to make a sandwich ..
Waste of time…. I saw this place and it reminded me of a NY Deli, so I had to stop in for a giant sandwich. I got a pastrami sandwich and was surprised to see the lack of meat on it, especially considering the price. The bread was nothing special either, nor was the meat. I was expecting at least a inch of delicious meat and instead I got a few slices of cold cow butt.
