Extremely rude service. I am disappointed with the service I received at Seasons Bistro and Grille, very rude. This restaurant’s staff selectively respects customers. I will not be back.
Discriminatory and poor service on 5-5-2015. I regret spending my money and time at Seasons Bistro and Grille and will not return to this restaurant. At noon on May 5th, my fianc came to meet me from Columbus for lunch at Seasons. It was not very busy or crowded inside. Although we were seated quickly, we waited 20 minutes to be greeted by a waiter or waitress. My fianc went to the hostess to ask for a server and soon a waitress arrived; immediately, we ordered due to the long wait. The waitress returned to our table only to bring the food. She never said enjoy your meal or refilled our glasses of water. I was deeply offended and disappointed to see the waitress serve and bring food to guests who arrived after us. She seemed to take long routes or detours to avoid our table and stand at the bar with management. My fianc had to leave the table to ask her to bring out check. I will disclose that I am a young African American woman, and my fianc is an African American man. Seeing that we were the only black citizens in the restaurant I presume the poor service was discrimination.I have shared my experience, with colleagues who are white and black, recommending that they spend time with loved ones or lunch guests elsewhere in Springfield. Other black residents of Springfield, have told me there experienced was very poor once I shared my experience.Seasons Bistro and Grille offered poor service, other patrons noticed it but ignored it just as the hostess did when I showed concern.Seasons Bistro and Grille is discriminatory.
Great value. Best in Spring…. Great value.Best in Springfield. Great Cuban soup today!! Pretty waitresses !
AWESOME!. Dinner on a Friday night was superb. The chicken skewers with peanut sauce is the perfect sized appetizer. Our 8ounce fillets were cooked to perfection. The side veggies were excellent. Not over done not underdone. Their side Ceasar salad was crunchy and fresh. After all that the bread pudding was almost too large. But what really made the meal was the exemplary service. Who new such a great place to dine was in downtown Springfield, Ohio.
Delicious. I especially enjoyed the scallop ceviche appetizer. Nice malbec wine, lamb, and for dessert bread pudding and sambuca. Great bartender, Scott took good care of us.
I ordered the curry eggplant with salmon and I thought it was great. Not overly spicy and the salmon was cooked perfectly.
Family Lunch. Even our kids enjoy the food and atmosphere of Seasons Bistro and Grille!!! We sat at the bar and were taken care of by Scott. He was very accomodating to our kids offering them a simpler version of some of the menu items! The staff and owners are very welcoming! A unique dining experience that the whole family can enjoy!!!
