Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Booths are broken and horribly uncomfortable. Food is cold. Employees are RUDE. Manager is the loudest, rudest human being in the restaurant industry. Heaven forbid you try to use a coupon. I can only imagine if someone tried to use the Groupons they sell. Food was dried and caked onto the floor and the walls separating the tables. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Go to the newer place, Katana Buffet across the street. Its a few dollars more but youre alot less likely to contract ecoli there.

I know that I was going to a Buffett, but I expected fresh, hot and flavorful food and it failed in all areas. That does it for me and this place. I won’t be back and would suggest to keep driving.
