I went to DiBellas for the first time today and tried the chicken philly sub on the multi grain bread. It came to the table quickly, but I didn’t enjoy my meal at all. The sub was relatively flavorless, and the chicken reminded me of the frozen chicken strips with the grill marks…it didn’t look like, or taste like fresh chicken. I got a large sub, so I could eat half for lunch and half for dinner. With a drink, the entire meal was $12! The pop machine needed a syrup refill on the soda I chose, and it took 10 minutes for the staff to get it to connect and work properly, which should have been a simple fix. I also noticed in the women’s restroom that there wasn’t a hook to hang my purse! I think there are many better dining choices in Belden Village…I won’t be back to DiBellas.
I really like this place. I went on opening day. The sandwiches are really good. The bread is so good, you could eat it plain. Definitely give this place a try. The large sandwiches are pretty big and it blows Subway away.
