Had a wonderful time at the Royal Docks Brewing Company today. There’s a nice outside patio to sit at and the beer was amazing. I had a flight of 6 to sample most of what they had and I was impressed with all of them. From the Pale Ale to the Imperial Stout, the beers were great. Good service, just order up at the bar for food and drinks. There are signs up to tell you to seat yourself and how to order. Great experience!
Very disappointed in the experience. When ordering food or drinks, one had to get up from your table and order food and drinks at the bar. If you were paying by credit card, you had to leave it with the bartender. On the menu, the rules of the house were listed perhaps as a joke but I was offended. The food, which they stated was not their focus was not pleasing. Nothing English about this pub. Scotch eggs are a joke.
