Service has improved dramatically, but the once-wonderful salad bar keeps shrinking. Vegetarian options have disappeared as well. I noticed a drop in food quality my last visit. Not sure what’s going on with this chain.
3 strikes your out. This was one of my favorite places in the BV area for this syle of resturaunt; The last 3 times the service has been terrible, the food was not correct, the salad bar was empty and overall it was a bad experience. 2 of my resulting issues we were give the meal at no charge, on the last visit, I didn’t even both to call a manager over after my replacement meal took over 25 minutes, and the rest of my party had completed their food…and it was just a burger..really it takes that long to make it correctly? I asked the waiter for the check and he didn’t even realize that I had never been serverd. Thank you..all done here.
