Great fresh food and prompt friendly service. Only reason I gave 4 stars.. the floors were a little dirty where they just had dinner rush and under some tables still had food bits and napkins littered. Other than that we look forward to going back!
Both locations offer great food and excellent service. One of the best burger places in town. I would highly recommend. Love how they incorporate new monthly options from appetizers to dessert.

Great Dining Experience. The food and service were outstanding. The host was extremely polite. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant was very clean and the food was amazing! This is a new local favorite for my family. We love the fact that they support local food and drink vendors. More companies should follow suit.

My First Time. My mom and I visited The Rail in December 2014. We live in Ohio so seeing this restaurant grabbed our attention. We wanted to try it out to see if my dad and boyfriend would like it and the food was impeccable. The meat was juicy and flavorful. We order fried pickles and built our own burger. The second time I went I got their burger of the month, the Lamb Burger. Even the lamb was delicious. I highly recommended trying this restaurant out if you are visiting or are from Ohio and haven’t tried it out yet!!
My experience at the Rail. Hands down the 7th heaven burger was the best burger I have ever had. Not to mention the truffle fries..Wow. Simply Delicious! A perfect meal that I would recommend to everyone I know. Wonderful staff and very cool atmosphere.Also, don’t forget all of the Ohio beers on tap!
