Because they are the only two dairy queens in the area we have no choice but to use them especially when ordering b-day cakes. it is something that is most frustrating, the wintersville store never answers the phone and i mean never, the steubenville store will answer the phone but not everytime, when i placed an order for a cake today i got these excuses, no we cant do it that way, i dont know if i have one of those cakes ready, i will not be able to have it ready by noon tomorrow, my cake decorator is not in until 10:00 am. and on and on and on. give me a break, in these times i would think that people would try to accomodate eveyone just a little better. i have talked to other people and have had the same and similar comments. there have been times when i got in my car and order the cakes in person and i know they are not that busy sadly dissatisified
