Good Food, but service is lacking. With all the places in Toledo to get breakfast or go to a ‘diner’, I would expect a place like this would nail down service. Ever since they moved to their new location, it seems that service has taken a backseat. It seems that the waitresses feel they do not need to be pleasant and warming toward their customers, like a simple Good Morning, or Thank you for stopping in, have a great day. I really don’t care how good looking you are, personality matters in a service business.

Good food.. Horrible service! That one waitress, the short, long hair, caucasian. Usually works around *830-9. She doesnt say good morning, she lays your debit card on the counter when my hand extends for it, she throws the pen on the counter when i reach for it, she had me bag my own food, when asked to please put it in the right way. A waitress need to be nice to all customers. Its first thing in the morning which can help a customer out if you are polite/friendly. I will make sure that I will post on as many web site on this bad customer service. I will post to facebook, twitter and any other to not go here if you want good service.
Excellent breakfast. We stopped for breakfast last week. The food and coffee were excellent, and so was the service. Interior very clean and comfortable; don’t worry, that’s not a real broken coffee cup on the floor!
