  The food here was pretty good — was it remarkable? No, but I didn’t hate anything I had. The apple sake was amazing though, and I recommend that to anyone who goes. The hibachi chef we had was pretty fun, and we enjoyed that portion of the meal, but our waitress was a bit lacking. She kept forgetting things people at our table asked for, and we kept having to repeat requests. To be fair, we were there on a Friday when it was half priced sushi, so it could just be that the place was busy. We also had a pretty long wait for a table, but again, they were understandably busy. What was a bit irritating was that they sat two groups of four at our table, but instead of putting four of us on one half and four on the other, they put two from one group on either end of the hibachi and the other four person group across the middle. Meaning people from the other group had to talk loudly across the table to each other to have conversations. We also had an issue when calling to make a reservation, with the person I talked to giving me different information than a friend who had called a few days before.

  I’ve been here twice. Once for sushi and the second time for hibachi. The service was mediocre and the food isn’t that good and over priced. If you’re looking for sushi Sori Sushi down the street is better. I’d only come here for the novelty, but not if I was looking for a great meal.
