Good Sushi. Had a few menu items. Sori Roll and Dancing Eel were both outstanding. Eel and Avocado Temaki and Soft Shell Crab Temaki (hand rolls) were both good as well.Food was good. Atmosphere was good, prices were average for sushi restaurants I’ve been to in Toledo. I’ll come back here!

Sori sushi is great-fresh food, good value, friendly staff, but I will agree with the other reviewer about the slow service-I have had two experienced that were very bad. Nonetheless, I still go back because it’s so darn good!
Very yummy. fresh fish (especially salmon) and generous portions. also, try the lemonade with honey, sooo good! definitely plan on returning as sori sushi is reasonably priced and delicious!
My Favorite Sushi in Toledo. Sori Sushi is a great place. I go there frequently. We are always greeted by Sori herself. I don’t know what Julie’s review is talking about, since we are always in and out in an hour or so. The rolls are good size and always fresh and tasty. We especially like a large selection of cooked rolls, since my son can’t eat raw fish due to diet restrictions. The Dancing Eel and Spider rolls are especially good, and their eel sauce is delicious. I highly recommend it.

Loved it! Good sake and the handrolls were great. There discount days for those watching the pennies and the fish was great.
