Consistently Good Food. Visited Doc Watson’s Tuesday evening this week at about 6 pm with my son. We got a table with no problem whatsoever. Ordered potato skins for an app and they were wonderful. I tried the Sea Club for something different and was pleasantly suprised…it was fresh seafood and tuna salad stacked on rye with sprouts. Ordered coleslaw to accompany it and it was perfect too. My son ordered a plain bacon burger with steak fries and was very satisfied. Our waiter, Tom, had a great sense of humor and made dinner enjoyable. Have yet to have a bad meal at Doc Watson’s!29 Dec, 2009Doc Watson’s Food Rocks. Just had lunch yesterday with out of town friends and it was amazing as usual. I had the Rueben with a side salad. The blue cheeseburger was a big hit with another in our group. No one left hungry, the service was awesome and you are not left penniless after your meal. Highly recommended!
Nice place to cool off after the zoo.. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon after visiting the zoo with friend (another couple). We liked the food, atmosphere and service. I would not hesitate to go back when visiting Toledo again and would bring the grandchildren for lunch or an early supper.
Great waitress, good margarita, awesome spring salad
Everything on menu is great. Place really gets busy in the evening so expect a small cover at the door for live acts. A great place to socialize and lots of beer choices for the drinkers!
Great place for family too. Diverse, inexpensive menu and even though it’s really a bar, kids & families are welcome too. I just wouldn’t take them on a big game day or late at night because it’s pretty rockin’ then!
Doc’s review. Doc’s is the place for the best casual dining and drinking. the food and service is excellent. more places around the area should look to doc’s as an example of how to operate. most of our casual spot around here leave much to be desired but not at doc’s. keep up the great work gang.
I love going to Doc Watsons! It has a wonderful atmosphere and of course, delicious food!
