  Great restaurant for pre downtown festivities. I love their scallops and chicken marsala!!! One of Toledo’s best kept secrets, this restaurant. Very urban. I loved in NYC for several years and ate at great restaurants. While not as gourmet as many in NYC the food is excellent quality. It has a minimalist, sophisticated atmosphere. Sort of reminds me of some of my favs in New York It’s a favorite of ours pre symphony and pre rep theatre. This place should be mobbed. I guess it’s one of Toledo’s best kept secrets.

  Completely Unprofessional. Sadly, I will never be able recommend or eat at Ice again. I called several times last night trying to make a reservation. When I would call the phone would be answered and then I would be immediately hung up on or left to sit listening to background noise. Before I had even talked to someone I received a text from Ice saying my information was going to be given to the police. Apparently right before I started calling someone was very rude to one of their employees. I told the person via text that they had the wrong number and proceeded to call Ice and make my reservation. I then also told the woman on the phone about the texts and she apologized. I figured that would be the end the problem.I then recieved more texts accusing me of making someone cry and getting threatened with a police report attached to my phone number. I called Ice back, explained they had the wrong number and cancelled my reservation.I continued to recieve texts from the owners son/kitchen manager even though I asked them to stop contacting me. I then called Ice again asking them to explain to whoever was texting me to please stop. The person apologized and said they would ask the owner to call me today. No one has called or texted me. I waited to post this a full 24 hours after my last conversation with an employee at Ice. I have not heard from anyone at the restaurant in regards to this incident. Again, all I wanted to do was make a reservation and it turned into a 4 hour long scenerio where I was forced to defend myself , and got threatened with a police report being filed and deal with extremely unprofessional and rude people. A couple of the people Ice were friendly, but overall it was a terrible experience.I’ve always loved Ice, the food and the atmosphere, but this has soured me on it for the foreseeable future.05 Apr, 2014Went to dinner here for the first time and loved it! The cheese sticks and bread were delicious…. Ribeye and NY strip were super flavorful and had a great flavor. Capped the meal off with a warm turtle brownie with ice cream…. One of the best meals we have ever had in Toledo

  Restaurant is two flights down. Nice atmosphere. Food decent for prices. There was 7 of us for dinner. Food was prompt. Rum Runner was delicious!

  Good variety and reasonable prices. There’s something for appetites big and small at Eddy B’s. There are even a few vegetarian options. The prices are reasonable, the service is average, and it’s a great spot for downtown office workers to grab lunch without having to traipse too far in the snowy streets.

  Can’t beat it for lunch. The variety and quality of food for a reasonably priced lunch downtown can’t be beat. Nothing fancy but the service is excellent and accomodations are comfortable.
