One of the better places for a Hot Sandwich. I’ve been to Potbelly several times now and I really enjoy the sandwiches (but only the hot ones). If you are looking for a cold sandwich your better off going to Jimmy Johns in my opinion. The place has a good atmosphere (but what would you expect from a chain – it is consistent as their other shops around the country). Their salads are really good, but again I would order your meat heated, not cold. The price is a litttle more than other sanddwich places, but I think it is well worth it. The service can be a little smug, like I am supposed to know every combination available to me….it can be a little intimidating looking up at the menu board and trying to figure out what you want and how you want it. Bottom Line – not a bad option for lunch or dinner…location is a little tricky if your on the wrong side of Talmadge, but here’s a tip – you can sneak around the back from the MAll side to get there and depending on traffic, this is the better option.

It’s a nice, inexpensive place to meet someone for lunch or grab something to take with you. If you go, take my word for it and grab a dream bar, they truly are dreamy!
Best Subs & Best Atmosphere in Town. A very welcome addition to the Westfield/Franklin Mall area. Great food – a nice selection of soups, in addition to sandwiches. I don’t know how they make their tuna salad, but it is the meatiest and best-tasting tuna available in the submarine realm. (I eat A LOT of tuna subs in various places). I like the reduced-bread option, where they slice a little off the inside of the bun. I’ve also taken advantage of the free WiFi and spent a few hours there after the lunch rush. How many other places have a functional dartboard of sandwich choices for people who can’t make up their minds? It’s all good!
Had an awesome experience at Potbelly. Perfect place to take your family! Fast service and unbelievable sandwiches I would recommend to anyone
