Bad service, poor food, awesome atmosphere. I remember going to Spaghetti Warehouse as a kid and being in awe. I mean, there’s a freakin’ trolley car in the building! Through a kid’s eyes, this place is whimsical and fun. But when you return as an adult, you wonder, aside from that still very cool trolley, what the fuss was about. The food is underwhelming and sloppy, and the wait staff are unprofessional (at least they were my two times there as an adult, lots of chatting among themselves rather than taking even a drink order). For as iconic as this restaurant is in Toledo, I would hope they’d update their menu and train their staff better.

Fantastic! We had the traditional spaghetti with meat sauce and the 15 layer lasagna and we’re very impressed. I will definitely be coming back!
I have loved the food here for quite some time but the service continues to get worse! Your experience will start with your first impression where you will stand at the podium for 20 min to check in and realize the guy standing at the top of the stairs who has been eye balling you and said nothing is the person to talk too. It’s a good thing we are from Toledo and helped these out of towners who were clearly not in the know to how this restaurant operates. Clearly if you are from out of town please ask for the instruction manual on how to be a customer for this restaurant so that you do not inconvenience the staff with your questions
Great food and server amazing – Jeremy. We went to the restaurant on Christmas Eve and the food was great and the service was amazing. Ask for Jeremy – he was the best server we have had in a long while – very attentive and courteous.
Food is always good, nothing amazing but good. Building is worth seeing. Lemon cake is TO DIE FOR!!!!!!
LOVE IT!!. I love this restaurant!! It is my favorites as well as all my friends favorites too!! I can’t descibe how much I love their bread and their spaghetti special is an awsum deal!!! They only need to do some renovation in their bathroom which has a whole in the ceiling that goes outside!!30 Mar, 2009This is a really great…. On my 3rd visit to this restaurant for my little sister’s first communion I was extremely pleased. I had chicken grilled alfredo pasta and a side of wedding soup. It was all delicious. My before complaint of the unsanitary bathroom with the hole in the ceiling was no more because they seemed to have fixed it and cleaned up the bathroom. Everything was great and it was a nice celebration for what was a very special day for my sister.
