Great Food and Great Atmosphere and Burgers That Can’t Be Beat!!. My wife and I discovered this little gem about 7 months ago. The restaurant is under new ownership and things have been changed for the better! Since we came back to Uncle Johns, we have eaten there at least once a week. We have yet to try anything there that wasn’t really well prepared and delicious! Thursday is Half-Price Burger night, and I am serious when I say, I have gotten the Absolute Best burgers that I’ve ever ordered there. The Irish Burger is topped with a heap of lean, delicious corned beef, which is then topped by a fried egg, cooked to your liking!!! Romaine lettuce, purple onion and tomato top that. This is the Burger of Your Dreams. My other favorite is the Blue Cheese/Bacon Burger, with very thick sliced bacon, and a huge topping of delectable Blue Cheese.. I mean it when I say, the burgers here are BETTER, than those I’ve had a 5 Guys…Try anything here, you will love it.
