  Nothing like a bowl for lunch! I probably eat here once a week. Its very consistent and fresh every time. I love the barbacoa bowl w/ chips. This was the first time I had a chip problem, every other chip from the bag I ordered yesterday was stale. My love for them is unchanged though, because I’ll be back, LOL! whatbriscooking.com

  Horrible service. First off I’ll say I love Chipotle but this particular location sucks. Today was the 3rd time I’ve walked out before getting food because the service is horrible. The first 2 times I came in during the summer while school was out. It was late afternoon and there was no line. I walk up to the counter and stand there looking for someone to great me. There was no one on the line, not even a cashier. 3 or 4 people walked back and forth past me on the line one was even a manager. Not one of them said anything to me, I was just left there staring at them waiting for someone to take my order. I got nothing. I walked out, stopping at the door to look back at them to see if they noticed. They saw me leaving in disgust but didn’t give a damn. Today I came in to the usual line you find at any Chipotle. The line never matters because it moves so fast. NOT HERE!!!!! This line moves very slow and I stood there watching people nonchalantly walk off the line and mosey around like they had no clue there were 30 people in line. The cashier disappeared, the guy that gets you started disappeared. You have a line 30 deep and half your crew vanishes. BTW, all of this happens while you have 3 employees including a manager sitting at the table next to the cashier just sitting there looking on. I understand you may have to step off the line to get something but the folks here consistently move around at a snails pace and have no regard for the line of customers in front of them. The crap service here has been very consistent. I eat Chipotle 2-3 times a week but I won’t be back in this one.

  Disappointing. If youre going around lunch or dinner hour dont expect much from the staff. They were unfriendly, rude, and I hardly saw a smile on anyones face. Even with a line almost to the door during the lunch rush youd think that type of business would energize a restaurant. Not here…here we have robots, going through the motions. The food is what youd expect at any Chipotle and trust me, I really enjoy the food, but I never really feel welcomed coming to this location. Maybe when the crowds are a little smaller, the service is a more pleasant.

  I love chipotle,. But this specific location is the worse one I’ve ever been too. It’s dissaponting that no one who works here knows how to do their job.

  Mind the parking. Probably one of the busiest Chipotle locations in Cincinnati due to it being right next to UC. Beware the parking lot of doom next to it though. There are tow truck guys who watch the meters like a hawk (and it was 25 cents per 10 minutes last time I went) and will swoop in and yank your car as soon as your meter expires. I came out about 30 seconds late one time and the douchebag tow truck driver made me pay $90 on the spot for him to not tow my car. There is street parking, but during the day it can be difficult to find a spot.
