Called an order for delivery..two hours later called and asked if it was on it’s way. They stated it left 15 minutes ago..an hour later no pizza..I called..they stated they tried to call me (which never happened)….needless to say will not be calling them again.
Good food but man they can screw up an order and will act like it’s your fault won’t compensate you for anything
Lots of options available, but overall, not worth it. Their pizza is so greasy it leaves a puddle in the box. Also the thin crust really isn’t thin at all. It’s basically regular thickness, but crispier. If I hadn’t gotten it for a discounted price, I would have been more upset; their normal menu prices are ridiculous.
I liked the pizza, but I had a bad experience once. I’m vegetarian, so I ordered a vegetarian pizza, and while I was eating it, I realized there was a piece of bacon on it. Not only that, there were multiple pieces and pieces of sausage. I expect them to be more careful and considerate of vegetarians.
The quality. Pizza bogo offers a great alternative to pork(pepperoni) topping. This pizza is delicious. but sometimes not enough extra or double toppings when ordered
They have the worst customer support services, which is the General Manager Stephanie and a joke of a owner. I’ll never return07 Dec, 2013I had the worst experience. I made an order for delivery and tge the incorrect order was sent. Biyh the owner and GM underestimated this matter and gave no resolution. Customer service is horrible. If u order make sure it’s not delivery, which also took 1 hr 15 min. They reported they were busy. I drove ti the store and there was only 1 customer
BOGO….What?. Even though their website states Buy One Get One 1/2 off this is not the case. The pizzas are $12 each. You can have anything on them but each pizza is full price so where is the BOGO? Maybe they need to change their name because it and their menu are misleading and false.
