  Pizza Bogo’ s Cleveland Heights location has good food when prepared as ordered but horrible customer service and just found out they get complaints regularly to other locations. Why bother offering specials and telling customers to make sure their order is correct if you won’t bother taking the time to write the order in correctly, hang up on your customers before allowing them to complete an order, and refusing to remake the pizza’s correctly when done incorrectly the first time. Manager didn’t want to initially give her name, refused to remake the mistake made by the worker taking the order, instead wanted to heat up toppings and place on top of a pizza that had already been prepared and sitting, and made excuses about why they hang up so quickly because they have to make sure they answer everyone’s call nevermind if the order is taken properly and assumed she remade my order because someone else apparently called in with a order similar to mine. Will never go to this location again

  Don’t go to the Cleveland Heights Pizza Bogo. The Pizza Bogo in Cleveland Heights has great food and terrible customer service! The manager there is no better than the staff and feels that he can treat customers any kind of way. I will continue to go there but I will definitely go to another location!
