Vietnamese bun salad isnt that common, so I was excited to try it but they brought me pho instead. No problem – I love pho & won’t let it go to waste. It was good but not competitive w places like Pho 69 that specialize. With sports bar TVs, loud music, liquor license, & emphasis on 1/2 price sushi, they must want to compete with Drunken Bento, where food is 2nd to booze. Given the great space this would be fun for night-life types, but for me the food is more important.
