    Extremely Poor Service – Overrated Food!. I visited the cheesecake factory in December 2014 during the holiday break – it was reasonably busy but not that busy. We waited over 45 minutes and were not seated. We finally left after giving the so called manager a piece of my mind. During the wait time I noticed 5 to 6 groups who had come in after us and were seated well in advance – this just sends the wrong message to an already frustrated customer. I approached the front desk several times and was told I was in a queue and would have to wait my turn although the system clearly didn’t seem to be working from what I was seeing. The front desk is also staffed by 4 to 5 young people who seemed to be full of self importance but didn’t understand the basics of customer service. Not one of them made an effort to talk to me, even as you stood trying to be polite waiting for a conversation. I finally insisted on talking to the manager as I was being ignored and was handed over to a person who was not the manager. Worst of all he admitted he was not the general manager and then wouldn’t give me the manager’s name and claimed he had no contact information. It was all extremely low quality unprofessional behavior. After 50 minutes I left with my party of 5 and found somewhere else in Southlake who may have been interested in earning money from feeding 6 people. All in all a very poor experience in an already overrated food restaurant – I have been there many times with my family so I am aware of their non-spectacular food quality. On this occasion the quality of customer service was so poor I will never return there again to spend my money! The management at Cheesecake factory need to wake up to the total lack of customer facing skills and poor quality of their front line staff. If you are going to employ kids to deal with your customers – teach them how it works! They are clearly letting down the rest of their team!!

    Just waited 10 minutes at cheesecake counter. We were the only ones in line to order, but no one would wait on us.

    Two words. If you want a reason to go to the cheesecake factory, the Lettuce Wraps are the reason. Always excellent and a bit messy, they make a great appetizer or a meal. Although the Cheesecake Factory can be busy and you may need to be patient for a seat, in my experience the food and the service has always been great.

    Not worth it.. The most disappointing thing about the Cheesecake Factory is that they have such mediocre cheesecake. A few years back they changed menus, dropping the way too many options they had and upping the prices. That might work elsewhere, but in Cleveland that makes their bland chain food higher priced than most of our great local places.

    Unacceptable lunchtime curbside service on a weekday! I ordered my food and was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I pull in the curbside parking spot exactly 20 minutes later. I call the curbside pick up number. I am told my food would be out right away. I am patient as I know lunchtime is busy. 25 MINUTES LATER I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FOOD. UM HELLO YOU KNOW I HAVE TO GET BACK TO WORK SO I CAN EARN MONEY TO PAY FOR THE FOOD I ORDERED. I CALL CURBSIDE SERVICES AGAIN. TEN MINUTES LATER I SEE A WAITRESS Walk out but she walks to the wrong car. Guess she couldn’t tell the difference between a yellow and red car. Anyway I eventually get my food which was cold. The cheesecake piece appeared as if someone took a huge bite out of the cheesecake before putting the whip cream. Now I know why the other cars that pulled into the curbside pick up spots actually didn’t order curbside service and walked into the restaurant instead. UNACCEPTABLE
