Not too shabby. Nice menu, and very clean restaurant. Two of us dined there, shared a large won ton soup which was good. Pork in soup was genuine of Chinese pork. Hunan scallops were nice and big and spicy. Friend had garlic chicken and it was really tasty as well. Wish the fried rice was more white, and contained vegetables, peas, or carrot, onions, but it didnt. Was so full, I couldnt eat the eggrolls, so Ill add that info later. I’ll be back for sure.
It was really pretty good! Not as good as my regular back home, but the best I’ve had in Cbus so far. Really good cuts of meat, decent hot and sour soup, and really good chicken and broccoli. The Mongolian beef tasted a bit too much like chicken and broccoli, but still good. Service was also fast and friendly, even though we went in almost at closing time. Will definitely keep going back!
Buffet. After reading the reviews I decided to give Eastern Bay’s buffet a try. It was okay, nothing special. It didn’t have a lot to choose from. I found myself waiting for the fresh food to come out, never enough in the pans. They didn’t even restock the desserts because it was close to the buffet closing. So I didn’t try any desserts. Nothing special, mediocre at best.
My wife and I stopped in for lunch while out running errands over the holidays and had the lunch buffet. I am so glad we did! This is the best Chinese buffet offer in Columbus. We will definitely return.
Best Chinese is Columbus. I eat here for lunch at least once per week. I don’t usually east at buffets, but this one is great! Homemade everything and the best egg rolls I’ve ever eaten. Great price for great food. Sit at the bar and get to know the staff. Great, Great, Great!!
Some great chinesse food just a touch pricey but well worth it!
