I placed an order through grubhub which was ordered an hour before closing. 2 hours later I called (Moe’s) to ask why I hadn’t received my order. I was told that they closed at 9:00 I told them that my order was placed 8:00. I was told once again that they close at 9:00 and then was hung up on. Rude and unprofessional. Won’t try again!!!!!
Love!. Moe’s is our favorite stop for quick Mexican in town! The food is always very fresh and delicious plus you get free chips and salsa. I love the quesadilla, tacos and the queso is supreme. Lots more variety than Chipotle and less expensive too! Give it a try.

Welcome back to Columbus, Moe’s.. I was first introduced to Moe’s when they were on the Ohio State campus, but it later closed. I was very happy when Moe’s was coming back to Columbus. My favorite burrito is the Joey’s Bag of Donuts without sour cream and guacamole, I got it with chicken. It was yummy!!! The nice thing about Moe’s is the Free Chips and Salsa from their salsa bar. Also, they have the Coca-Cola Freestyle beverage machine that you can get up 120 flavors of any Coca-Cola product of your choice. I love mine with Cherry Vanilla Coca-Cola Zero mixed with Cherry Vanilla Diet. Dr. Pepper. I am coming back to Moe’s and look forward to seeing more Moe’s Southwest Grills in the Columbus area. Thank you Moe’s for coming back to Columbus.
First of all I would like to say I was so excited to try Moe’s, I am vegan and don’t have many choices when I eat out. My family and I were so disappointed. I understand they just opened however they really need to get it together. I left feeling completely stressed out. The ordering process was so chaotic . The servers were running I to each other , reaching over while trying to assemble to food and the portions were pathetic. They forgot items we ordered, so we had to go back . The food was not flavorful or fresh. And everything was extra. The prices were too high compared to the amount of food you received. I now understand why the chips were free, they had no salt or flavor at all. So overall I can safely say we will not be going back. We will continue to eat at chipotle where the food is fresh and they have it together.
