Pho Asian Noodle House is our new favorite noodle spot in Columbus. Since leaving Pittsburgh I’ve been on a quest to replace LuLu’s Noodles. The chicken pho, Singapore rice noodles, crab wontons and shrimp lo mein are my go to meals. If you like citrus try the chicken pho and squeeze extra lime, it brings the flavor to a whole different level.Did I mention they have a drive thru.
Curry Chicken with Wide Noodles and Vietnamese Spring Rolls. Delishious curry with the right amount of spice.
Oh my gosh. This place was so amazing, when you walk in you wanna just run right out of the door because yes it’s dirty. But the food is great I recommend this place for everyone even kids love the food go there immediately!!!!
This place used to be amazing. Now it is really disappointing. Tonight was the last straw. Lo mein was completely dry, no veggies at all. The hot pepper chicken I ordered because they don’t serve my old favorite anymore, was flavorless and the rice was really, really gummy. My husband tried something new because the spicy beef noodle he usually orders no long comes with the fresh basil, jalepenos, and sprouts like it used to. What he had tonight was also only edible after being drowned in Siracha. Maybe new management or something, but man, not good.
Can’t taste beef from pho soup at all.. The soup is so blend. (By blend, I didn’t mean it isn’t salty, it IS salty.) I can’t taste beef stock at all from the soup. The soup is not rich. They didn’t boil the meat enough to get the beef taste in the soup.
Not so great Anymore. I have worked close to Pho Asian Noodle since the day they opened. I would have given this place 5 stars the first year, but it has continually gotten worse. The quality of the ingredients and the cooking have gotten worse and worse each time I eat here. Today i made the mistake of ordering hot pepper chicken (this was the last time). It was over sauced with 5 hot pepper rings, no green onion, no garlic and the white onions were mushy and brown from cooking to long. To make matters worse the portion is tiny compared to the Thai Asian Bistro across the street, which offers the same dish with fresh crunchy ingredients at the same price and nice the food. Also when you ask for no rice Thai Asian bistro will add extra veggies at no cost. Pho Asian Noodle charges extra. Today was the last time I will order food from Pho Asian Noodle it was once a place that i suggested to friends and coworkers if they wanted a spicy Asian dish for lunch. Never Again. This place has become a terrible place to eat.
Looks like a Taco Bell, but…. It’s actually one of the better Thai places in town! I recently graduated from OSU and this is where I’d go to take a break from long hours in my office on west campus. I’ve actually never had their pho…I’m too torn between the red curry (with noodles instead of rice…they make their own noodles so why not?) and the Thai beef basil to order anything else. Portions are huge and prices are low, so it’s a great value.
