  I have always enjoyed this place but today after a lovely afternoon browsing the store I decided to visit the cafe. Today the food was good but the prices have gone up. Almost 10 dollars for turkey, cream cheese, and cran chutney? I don’t think so. What really bothered me was the lack of respect the managers showed to their employees. Constant harassment and I even behind back name calling. Decent food but i don’t think I will return after what I witnessed today.

  Not a breakfast coffee shop. This is a very nice little cafe tucked away inside a very nice little market with an ecletic selection of wines, fresh produce and interesting food items. It struck me as the family owned version of Whole Foods. I went to the cafe about 9AM and there was no one there. It looked like I could get coffee, but I didn’t see anything like breakfast food. The man working at the deli counter there at the cafe was busy prepping lunch meat and didn’t show any interest in my presence, so I left. I think it’s probably a great place to go shopping and have lunch, but I would go to the Nervous Dog for morning coffee.

  Good for everything.. Beside the Point is great for a good lunch with great service. Fresh ingredients, friendly service, clean & pleasant atmosphere. Go for the afternoon tea, it’s a lovely time.
