I love it!. This is good pizza, thats why they’ve been open for years. I must admit that customer service can be improved on a lot but when they get too rude I just boycott them for awhile. Until of course I cant control my craving. Whoever said its like pizza hut thats insane clearly this is not manufactured pizza like pizza hut are you kidding me. Check the parking lots…pizza hut is just up the street and the only reason they can afford to pay employees is because its a large corp feeding off revenue from other pizza huts that do make money. Ginos is still open all these years because they make good pizza! Ginos is awesome.

Gino’s pizza is one of the best. I think the reviews by Andy and Mainah are way off base. They sound like snobs, and their opinions are in poor taste. Andy is disparaging all of northeast Ohio pizza which should make him suspect. Mainah says the pizza is slightly better than Pizza Hut -which most people find appealing – and that makes it gross? People work hard to develop their business so let’s not so foolishly trash them when they are making a very good effort. The food at Gino’s is exceptional wherever you’re from. The sauce is not too sweet and the condiments are fresh and appealing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Greasy without much taste. Another reviewer made the correct comparison to a slightly better Pizza Hut pizza. The pizza in northeast Ohio is all like this though. The characteristics are medium thickness crust which is a little chewy and greasy, unusually sweet sauces, not much seasoning in the sausage but pepperoni tastes good. All said, it’s not a bad pizza, it’s just not that different from what you’d get at Pizza Hut.
Pepperoni Pizza- The Classic. Ginos is great. Period. Comparing it to Pizza Hut.. I have no idea where they got that from because they are two worlds a part! The pizza has great flavor & its awards are well earned. The comments about the look and location..its a pizza shop not a 5 star restaurant
Ginos has been my favorite since a child. Everything is homemade and fresh and family owned. They are not like pizza hut and any other franchise like I read in one review. They are definitely worth trying!!!
The Best. I have been buying Gino’s Pizza since I was 12, and have never found no comparison. Everything about it was awesome. If they have been around for 53 years, that should tell you something! Try it , you won’t be dissapointed!
