I will never go there ever again, the staff was SO incredibly unfriendly – not a smile, hello or goodbye – NOTHING! I mean seriously, you’re service Ice Cream, that alone should make you happy – It’s ice cream! Unfriendly and over-priced!

Delish carrot cake, key lime pie, and white chocolate raspberry ice cream. We stumbled upon it, otherwise it’s inside the lobby of the Hyatt hotel downtown Cleveland.
I just got a shake but it was amazing! I kept trying to get back over there to get another but wasn’t able to.
