Best sushi downtown. Half price sushi Wednesdays and fantastic service. It’s rarely busy which is great for the people who have found this hidden gem, but discourages new guests. Try this place- you won’t regret it.
Top notch. I know where I’ll be getting all my sushi from now on. Their ingredients are absolutely top notch. Even better, their sushi rolls are both subtle and complex; you can really taste every single ingredient. Unlike many sushi bars, the rolls are not overpowered by the sauces. The presentation is also quite a bit better than you usually see, artistic rather than trendy. If you are a sushi newbie, you will also appreciate that their sushi menu has pictures of everything in addition to the descriptions. The ambiance is also far more relaxed and authentic than at Tomo; I like a hookah…but it doesn’t really belong five feet from my sushi. Hanabi is my recommendation, hands down.
