Server etiquette. Disappointing dining experience on Thursday evening with friends. After waiting over 90 minutes for our food, our server proceeded to tell us that our food was being plated, which took another 30 minutes to arrive. Not to mention our female server was not properly trained in taking the ladies orders first before males, nor did she bother to check on us after our food arrive or refill our drinks.
After 12 years away from Cleveland, I was really excited to go back to Johnny’s for a very special evening/dinner. It exceeded my memories and expectations. The menu is extensive and the wine list great! Every part of the meal was wonderful, the servers and managers were great and very helpful in assisting us with our selections. I will definitely return the next time the opportunity presents itself!
Good Service. Peppercorn Steak made to perfection. Seafood salad not recommended. Good attentive service.
