Wow. I was absolutely SHOCKED. As a foodie I was really looking forward to dining at a four star restaurant. It was seriously BAD. One of our dishes was even obviously BURNT. wtf?!?
Magnificent Manager. My husband and I have enjoyed dining here over the years not only for their Power Hour, but mainly because of the manager, James. He excels at taking care of his guests and ensures they have an enjoyable experience.
Go to some other chain. Just go to Outback and save 150.00. 16.00 for a beer give me a break, said 7.00 on the menu. Manger not able to correct anything. For a steak place, I got the rib-eye, came out over cooked and wait staff didn’t know what to do. Manager sent out another after my girlfriend finished her filet. Both cuts where charred on the outside, just like when you burn a steak on the grill at home because you have not cleaned all grease out and it flares up causing those black marks all over the meat. No ambiance other then a business meeting. We went there for a semi romantic meal, which could have been had Pier W. We thought that was pricey, but apparently its cheap with a great view.
We had our work party here. What a bad place for us three vegetarians! Nothing on the menu–we had to preorder a veggie dish and all of us had to get the same thing! Oddly, they also demanded our party of 12 preorder the side dishes. Which we did only to have our server say oh, get whatever sides you want. Vegetarians/animal lovers beware, they have a cart o’ meat that they bring tableside. Our server waved around a live lobster. Same lobster was shown to every table, then stuck on a cart near ladies restroom, looking very sad. On to food. The hashbrown side was inedible, way overcooked and oversalted. I didn’t sent it back because my boss had told me it was good and he was sitting by me. Our veggie special was a pasta dish, which was yummy except one dish was enough to feed all three vegetarians. Way too big. It was very loud in there, so don’t expect to hear anyone except those seated right next to you.
Very nice, upscale eatery. You are able to hand pick your cut of meats and other entrees. Expensive! But, nice for a special occasion.
