Unbelievably awfull. Wow,I couldn’t believe it,$16.00 bucks for a beer and $11.00 dollar’s for shoe string french fries,the service was awfull and the waitress was extremely rude. I took my girl there for a romantic dinner after the casino,we both ordered 16 oz. prime rib only to be served rib eye’s,at $48.00 bucks a steak you would expect to get what you paid for,I told the waitress we ordered prime rib and she said well, it was already cooked,well,we didn’t order rib eye’s so we sent them back only to have her tell us they don’t serve prime rib,we ended up paying $56.00 dollar’s for fries,a beer and a glass of house wine,tomato salad and es cargo,and to top it all off,after paying the bill, the waitress chased us out of the restaurant yelling sir,are you planning to pay your bill or were you planning to skip out totally embarrassing us ,in front of the other customers. the wait staff was rude,it is so hard to believe that such an upscale restaurant would employ someone like that.not even an apology,the manager never even came to our table,never again will we visit Mortons steak house in Cleveland Ohio.
