Has changed to turn. I made a reservation one month ago on open table. Was told Muse was quiet and romantic . We arrived to a noisy restaurant in between the check in desk and bar. Very loud with overpriced bar food. Save ur money! Not worth it!

What’s happened to the food service at the Ritz?. I LOVE staying at the Ritz! It’s def one of my fav hotels. I stayed last year and the food was amazing, but something has changed. We went to Muse for dinner and the service was horrible. They kept apologizing and still kept ignoring us. The place was only about half full, but I think they had one waiter. After more than an hour we got a bowl of cold (meant to be hot) crab something or other. We could’t eat it because it had oil poured on the top of some indistinct cold yellow stuff. So we gave up and went to Hard Rock for a great burger and fries with a wonderful smiling waitress. I’ll come back to the Ritz for sure, but not going to dine at Muse again. I would like to note they didn’t charge us for the soup. The Ritz is all about making your stay the best it can be.
