Repeat customer. Dine here on a weekly basis and highly recommend it. The owner is super sweet and the service is always prompt no matter how packed they are during lunchtime. The menu is extensive and delicious!

Food is mediocre at best, service is lackluster and rushed, annoying for an establishment rarely halfway full.

Quality, Service & Ambiance. I was just looking for a place to have a drink and maybe quick, light dinner while waiting for some friends in the Downtown area. Coming across Saigon was just luck. The charbroiled pork rolls and the lettuce-wrapped chicken were delicious, and the two appetizers were enough for a filling meal. I’d definitely recommend giving Saigon a try. It’s easily walkable from the business and civic center.

Fresh and tasty. Pork spring rolls were smoky and delicious, and the salt-baked scallops were worth the trip on their own. Ph Saigon is a great combination of sliced beef, brisket, and meatballs in a delicately flavored broth with vermicelli and lots of flavorful add-ins like lime, basil, chili-garlic paste, mung bean sprouts and hoisin. Can’t forget cocktails! They have a nice collection of refreshing martinis including a lychee flavored concoction that goes great with a spicy dish, and a martini flavored with a green tea liqueur that is herbal and sweet. We also ordered the lotus root salad, and found it was a great palate cleanser, with a bright lime and cilantro flavor that cut through some of the saucier dishes. If you’re in the mood for dessert, the crispy fried bananas with ice cream is plenty for sharing.Thursday night service was attentive and quick but not rushed, and our server was happy to explain dishes and to suggest combinations. We’ll definitely be back.

Nice place with good quality food. Loved the Thai tea and the Spring roll starters here! This was a neat place with great ambiance and private dining tables. The main course had vegetable curries with crispy noodles and vermicelli, which were all very tasty. Would recommend to anyone with a fancy for Far Eastern cuisine.

Not Great. My husband and I went there on a Saturday night, and there weren’t many people there as it was an early dinner before the Cavs game. We got a few appetizers- spring rolls (eh), roast pork rolls (delicious), and crispy shrimp (more greasy than crispy and we got 5 instead of 6). We ordered pho and fried rice (I know, we’re at a Vietnamese restaurant, but I was really craving it). No flavor. None. Pho broth was very cloudy, almost creamy (?) and I didn’t finish the rice. Asked for pork instead of the chicken on the rice (during the appetizer feast) because the pork rolls were so good, but the waitress said it was too late (why was the rice already made when the appetizers were still at the table?) and told me she’d add it on. Of course we were charged extra for it.We won’t go back. We dropped $50 on a meal without drinks and felt duped to say the least.

Hit up their happy hour. …for half-price appetizers and cocktails – it’s no Pnom Penh, but a nice addition to East 4th – it looks great and the food is more than decent – and only place I’ve found in Cleveland with a lychitini.
