It is great! Nice selection of Groceries including some hard to find European selections. Fresh deli choices and in House made food like the Ossetian Perogi. All very very good! Must try!
Love this place. Has great home made food! Delicious! The service is great and the food is even better. Try the creepes and stuffed cabbage roles. I order ahead of time and it’s ready on time and fresh.
Michael Z from Mason. It is my favorite store. Food is awesome. Always fresh. They bake and cook unique European food. Not expensive. Always friendly.

Recently stopped by to this hidden gem! It’s under new ownership, and there are a few changes! It’s called Rotbart’s Marktet i( Inside the Yummie Yummie Building) Lots of new foods for lunch! I personally loved the chicken stroggenoff and the salad wrapped in eggplant rolls! The different desserts are amazing and prices seem to be less expensive! The new owner is also very pleasant and helpful at explaining all the different foods! And he’ll always let you sample the different salamis and cheeses! He told me that he personally drives up to the Chicago area every two weeks to try out and bring down new meats and cheeses to ensure their freshness and to bring unique flavors to the area! He also remembers me whenever I come in and throws in a few complimentary chocolates whenever I leave! ( Did I mention that he has amazing European chocolates to buy in bulk?) Let’s not forget the Israeli coffee, various teas, blintzs, perrogeos, and veal dumplings! We’re really lucky to have such a unique place on this mostly bland part of Montgomery!
