Not bad but there is better. I would put Moe’s along the same line as Qdoba. There are two better burrito places out there. I’ll let you figure them out.
Outdated & Haggard. Overpriced for mediocre food and surroundings. the kids they have working there are rude and unkempt, Cates a real winner. definitely will be going to hot head, chipolte or qdoba
Food is average at best. Qdoba is much fresher and flavorful. Staff was lathargic and seemed irritated to be working. Atmosphere is ok.
Not as good as Chipotle or Qdoba. If you like bland food, this is the best place for you. If you like your Mexican food on the spicy side, with lots of flavor, you will most likely be disappointed if you go to Moe’s. I do like the weird names of their burritos, though. They’re good for a laugh!
Best for dipping chips & customizing. Moe’s is great – this is a go-to place for my son and me when we are out running errands. We get the quesidillas, chips and all the kinds of things to dip – guac, queso, pico, tomatillo salsa. The food MUST be doctored up to taste – everything admittedly is a bit bland without the fixins’ – but they offer so many things, that you can really customize your meal to suit your tastes – or keep it basic (and I think that’s why kids love it).
Worst burrito place. Out of the major burrito places in the area – Chipotle, Qdoba, Habanero, and this place, Moe’s comes in dead last.I went there once and will not come back. All of the ingredients available to fill your burrito with are very standard. In fact, it looked like someone had just come across with a bag of stuff from Krogers and set up shop.None of it tasted seasoned or spiced. There didn’t appear to be any marination or special cooking process involved. It was just heat up and serve. It didn’t taste awful, but why get food out somewhere that consists of nothing but standard, grocery-store quality ingredients that are thrown together without any skill or technique?
Outshines Chipotle!. I really enjoy Moe’s. Their steak burrito is amazing. They have wonderful queso and warm chips and free salsa bar for the chips. The tomatillo salsa is fresh and delicious.
