View menu. Why is it so hard to view your restaurant menu? I tried every way I could and your menu never popped up. I would like to eat at your restaurant, but I need to view the menu first. Could you make it easier for customers to view your menu like other restaurants do?
Wow. I been to fredericks 3 time my food was always good.i going to fredricks on saturday with a large group i do not like the fact that you have to order a whole meal and every one have to show up at the same time to be seated and you have to put down a deposit and you have 2 hours for your group.
Celebrated my birthday on Monday, Feb.17, 2014 with 5 sistahs at 2 PM. Food was great, service was not up to par. Waiter made an error and brought wrong seafood. We had finished our meal when her food was sent to our table. Isaiah, our waiter did not handle the situation properly. I watched the bar staff delivering cocktails to our table without a traya, as the cocktails spilled on white tablecloths. I am available to provide customer service training.
Good service. My husband and I have dined at Fredrick’s several time. We have always had a goog experience the wait staff is awesome. Once we were to hear some jazz the band was great! The sax player name it Matt I hope u will consider bring the group back again soon. Rosa
Owner with poor customer service. The waitress was the only thing good. Ordered a 27.95 ribeye steak that was small and very thin and no bone in as stated. Ordered catfish instead and they actually had cooked basa. Basa looks like catfish but does not have any veins and it also is more soggy. The owner was told about the issue and he never offered anything else or offered a complimentary discount card or anything. He also never said that it wasn’t catfish or tried to see if there was a mistake. I hope he handles situations like these better but I will never go back.
Just Lovely. 11/16/2013. About 20 of us went here to eat and celebrate my friends 50th B’day prior to going to the see John Legend concert. We made reservations so we were immediately seated. Waitress were outstanding and didn’t miss a beat, the food was presented beautifully and tasted even better than it looked. We all ordered speciality drinks and they were not only tasty but very pretty to look at as well. Everyone one so pleased with out dinner experience we talked about it the all the way to concert. Would recommend to everybody. Cant wait to go back!!!
