Aweful food. The atmosphere was ok. the food was terrible, it gave all the runs. and the service was also terrible. we had to ask for bread, drinks to start with and every refill we had to ask for as well. the waitress would leave during the middle of our sentence whenever we were asking for something. we will never be going back. do not waste your money at this establishment.
My husband and I absolutely loved our meals at Cardone’s! He had the chicken Parmesan, which was thick, yet incredibly moist. I enjoyed the tender, flavorful gorgonzola gnocchi. We even ordered an extra meal to go! The chef/owner came out often to check on the tables and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. We don’t live close, but we’ll be sure to stop in the next time we visit the area!
Great quiet place to eat wonderful, fresh, simple, delicious italian! Wine selection is perfect for the size of this quaint restaurant. Dan, the owner/ chef extraordinaire is totally awesome! Kudos!
Great Italian. This excellent Italian restaurant is easily overlooked because of its location – a small strip mall on West Main Street in Westerville. Don’t let its humble location discourage you. The owner, Daniel Wade, also serves as the chef. On my most recent visit, I had the cinghiale alla bolognese (a thick ragu of wild boar and pancetta, served with tagliatelle). Outstanding flavor and presentation! With six or so Cardone meals under my belt, I have never been disappointed. Although the tiramasu and cannoli are always temptations, I am a big fan of the berries and homemade gelato. Schedule a date for an Otterbein Theatre performance prefaced by a Cardone’s meal. Excellent quality, great service. Went there with my wife last night and we were both amazed at how good the food was. We ordered arancini and a margherita pizza, they were fantastic. The service was top notch and the waitress very curteous and checking on us constantly. Probably the closest to real, authentic Italian food I’ve had in many years.

Under Promise and Over Deliver. Cardone’s is set in a simple strip mall with a tasteful interior and plays good music. The ambience is a great back drop to fantastic food. Dan’s love of cooking is evident in his dishes and the prices are right.
