Good food, good times!. This is a nice place to go with friends and joke around. We don’t feel jammed in like in some restaurants. The staff is friendly and the relaxed atmosphere feels great after a long day or week. Good variety and quality of food, they don’t skimp on the drinks, and it is a good value. I definitely recommend it!
After moving here from Texas the mexican food in the area has been rather mediocre as far as taste and quality but I was very pleased with the Queso and Tortilla soup. I will say that $1.25 for 3 flour tortillas seems kinda pricey though…..
Used to be my favorite, but they are slipping!. This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant. The service USED TO BE always fast and friendly, the complimentary chips and salsa USED TO BE yummy (and they were quick to refill), and the food USED TO BE consistently good. BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE ANYMORE :(on my last 2 visits I have had lousy service, I’ve had to beg and plead for more chips even though the new chips they’ve switched to are terrible, and our orders get messed up. The margaritas don’t taste as good anymore. I think they have a new manager and it seems they got too comfortable in their success and now just coasting by. And I know it is a Mexican restaurant, but the waitstaff needs to be able to speak and understand English well. Sorry, but it’s the truth.After 2 bad visits after dozens of wonderful visits, I am not going back. It’s too bad because I really loved this place. But, there are many other Mexican places that are highly rated, and although they are not as close to me, I will drive a bit further for a more positive experience.
A Great Referral. My family was in town visiting some friends. Las Margarits is one of our friend’s favorite places and now I can see why. I am a vegetarian, which usually limits my food choices, but not here. The veggie fajitas arrived sizzling and beautiful. My kids loved the burritos and my husband ate his entire combination platter. Our server was happy and energetic and made the outing a fun experience for everyone. We will be sure to come back to Las Margaritas the next time we are in town. Thanks!
Holiday Treat. We were beat after a day of holiday shopping and found our stop at Las Margaritas to be a great pick-me-up. Our visit was festive and the food was hot and comforting.
Consistently great food. The booth benches are kinda wonky though.
Fast Service. Clean. Good Value. Family friendly. I enjoy this place.
