Simply Amazing. My kids and I come here AT LEAST once a month. Their goodies never disappoint. We have NEVER had anything we didn’t like. Their pecan bars are amazing. Their macaroons are fantabulous! Their cupcakes are like none other that I have ever had. Pound cake & all cookies are scrumptious.
Harlequin Theme Birthday Cake. The pastry chefs at the Suisse Shop did an amazing job in putting together my wife’s 40th birthday cake. Great looking Harlequin Theme and the cake tastes incredible!
Disappointed. This little gem was known for their European pastries. So disappointed to walk in and discover they no longer make their croissants and other pastry items. Bring them back!
Absolutely the best cupcakes in Columbus! Extremely moist cake meets a perfect buttery homemade buttercream! All flavors are delicious! You can not go wrong with Suisse Shop! Their iced cookies are to die for as well!! My entire family (extended and all) loves this place!
Best bakery in town. I love their products and customer service. I love dark chocolate and they have so much choice for dark chocolate based items. since I like coffee and dark chocloate based items, I picked a Zebra cake and it was awesome. I am a big fan of this place!
Disappointing. As a long-time customer, I was very disappointed today with the abysmal customer service I received at the Suisse Shop today. I wanted to place an order for the holidays. The deadline for holiday orders is tomorrow. I requested a dozen each of three different items that are not specific to the holiday but, are carried on a daily basis by the bakery. I was told that due to the high volume of holiday orders, standard items were not available to order. I don’t understand turning away a regular customer to service only holiday customers especially considering the items and quantities requested were not abnormal. I will not be returning or recommending their products to anyone as a result.
I LOVE it!!. I found out about The Suisse Shop a few years ago, and have been a loyal customer ever since! Everything is absolutely fresh and made from scratch! Every single item I’ve had has been amazing, all my friends and family now shop there too! The cakes are out of this world, brownies and cupcakes are simply decadent too!
