I have tried to like this place so one more stop in but they ignore you and have no clue about quality and service. Kinda a little busy for Tuesday. I guess people come here cause they live in Medallion and are afraid to drive anywhere else. I don’t appreciate being ignored for ten min after I sit down. I don’t have any problem paying any $ when it’s worth it. Last time food was bad. Tastes old people too salty. And I’m an old people. I rated 2 for the wine. Good. They did only select it from wholesaler but have nothing to really do with it. Clean place but what is wrong with management. I can’t blame the lazy bartenders. They were selected trained and motivated by managers. This place is not up to min standards for what they charge. I dine a lot and know the difference between a busy place in the weeds and this place. $12 a glass isn’t the issue. Service doesn’t match the atmosphere and price. Sad

Been waiting over an hour for a glass of wine. No servers. No help. Kitchen is extremely slow. it is a very bad place. I would never recommend this place to anyone: unless you have an unlimited amount of free time
Nice Decor – Average Food – Expensive. My wife and I dined at the Wine Bistro in Westerville last night. First, the atmosphere and decor are very nice. Definitely has a sophiscated feel to it. We aren’t really into wine so both ordered craft beers from their menu. Small selection of craft beers – all in bottles. We ordered the crab cakes and fondue starters. The fondue was interesting, 3 different cheeses with wine. The crab cakes were small – 3 on the plate. The slaw that they were on was the best part of dish. My wife ordered the French Onion soup and I ordered the Filet and Blue flat bread. The soup was piping hot and very good. The size of the flat bread was nice – but the amount of meat was very limited and not enough blue cheese. Also a few of the filet pieces were cool. Took about half of it home so as mentioned before, a decent size. For dessert, my wife ordered the Apple Crisp and I ordered the Creme Brulee. The crisp was hot and not bad – even though it was a little runny. The Creme Brulee was not very good. The crust was dark and very thick. Part of it was almost liquid and had almost no real taste. Very disappointing. The bill – which included 5 beers between us was $81 without tax. The service was fair. He disappeared at times. Overall, thought the environment was nice, the food was hit and miss and thought it was expensive for the quality.
